Swim Season
Our Girls Swim Team will start in November with Sunday afternoon practices. Sunday practices are held at the Cross Island YMCA.
An additional practice will be added in January and is usually on a weeknight. This additional practice is held at the Immaculate Conception Center on Douglaston Parkway.
Swim meets are Friday nights from January to March at Bayside High School.
Volleyball Season
Our Volleyball teams are based on age and we have previously had teams for the following grades: 5, 6, 7,8 and High School.
Practices will begin in December with Sunday night practices from 6-8 PM. We will add practices on Monday nights at Bayside High School. Games will begin in late February and Championships is in May.
Volunteers
We are always looking for volunteers to help with our program. We need coaches, parent helpers, timers (Swim), or anyone looking to assist with the administrative matters. Our program is volunteer-based and we could always need helpful.

We would also like to start a co-ed Flag Football, Cheer, Basketball and bring back our incredible soccer program to Sacred Heart.
